What it solves

The problems teams most often bring to us first.

Queues for routine calls

Callers wait for answers to simple, repeated questions.

Regional-language gaps

Customers who prefer their own language are under-served.

Outcomes not captured

Call details rarely reach your systems consistently.

After-hours demand

Enquiries outside office hours go unanswered.

Our own models

Our models. Your voice experience.

NIM develops its own fine-tuned voice models for business conversations. We bring the model, conversation design, system integrations, and human handover together into one implementation.

Listen

A short conversation about what we do

Asha asks the business questions. Ravi explains how automation, voice and vision fit together in a real project.

A scripted demonstration with voices generated by Google Gemini. It is not a recording of NIM’s own voice model.

AshaWhat can NIM help a business implement?

RaviWe bring AI into everyday work. That includes workflow automation, voice assistants, computer vision, knowledge assistants, and the data connections behind them.

AshaLet’s make that concrete. Say a team spends hours handling incoming requests.

RaviAn automation can organise each request, check the required information, and send it to the right team. People stay involved where approval or judgement is needed.

AshaAnd if the request comes through a phone conversation?

RaviNIM’s own fine-tuned voice models support eighteen Indian languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. The implementation connects the conversation to the next action, with a route to a person.

AshaWhere does computer vision fit?

RaviOur vision models help interpret images and video for defined tasks, such as inspection, object counting, and operational monitoring. We test the approach in the conditions where it will be used.

AshaWhat’s the first step?

RaviChoose one business challenge. We map the workflow, agree how to evaluate it, and validate a focused pilot before planning a wider rollout.

How we measure it

Acceptance criteria are agreed before a pilot grows into a rollout.

Language and intent

Test whether representative speech, terminology, and requests are understood in the selected languages.

Conversation quality

Review response relevance, latency, clarification behaviour, and successful human handover.

Workflow completion

Check that the right details reach the right system and that failures are handled clearly.

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Does NIM use its own voice models?

Yes. NIM has its own fine-tuned voice models. Our implementation combines those models with conversation design, business-system integrations, evaluation, and operational support.

Which Indian languages are supported?

Our voice models support 18 Indian languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. Share your required languages with the team to confirm the complete language coverage for your project.

Can it transfer a conversation to a person?

Yes. We design human handover into the workflow and agree on the triggers, destination, and context passed to the receiving team.

Can it connect to our CRM or booking system?

We assess the APIs, permissions, and data available in your systems. The integration is then scoped around the information and actions the voice experience requires.

How do you handle accents, background noise, and business terms?

We evaluate representative calls in the selected languages and operating conditions. This helps define realistic acceptance criteria, clarifications, and fallback behaviour.

Can we try one use case before expanding?

Yes. A focused pilot can validate a selected workflow and language set before a broader rollout. Scope and evaluation criteria are agreed during discovery.
